Tawni is a go getter and not pushy, very prompt and patient, cause if Tawni could work with me then she can work with anyone. Tawni would always accommodate to my schedule, she was very easy to get a hold of, and would always return my calls. There were some things about the houses I was looking at that Tawni pointed out that I didn't realize or see that was a good thing or bad thing for me.

Tawni helped us navigate the process for purchasing some land when our perfect property came on the market recently. She’s changing the way people think about agents through her unending honesty and relentless pursuit of what’s right. I highly recommend working with her on your next move!

Tawni is awesome!! Although I didn’t work with Tawni for a home, she was able to help me out while being in a terrible situation and needing to find a new space for my business within a month. Tawni sent me referrals for her go to commercial realtors and they were able to make it happen. I am more than forever grateful! Thank you so much Tawni!!

Tawni is genuinely a good person which goes into her work as a realtor. She is knowledgable and honest - 2 things that were important to me in finding an agent. Love working with her!

Tawni is one of the kindest, most generous agents I know. She is always willing to help out at the drop of a hat and put others needs ahead of her own. She has an awesome instinct for the business and very professional. Definitely an agent you can count on and trust!

Tawni is the best!! She is an incredibly knowledgeable real estate professional who missed her true calling as a marriage counselor. She spent so much time getting to know us, our priorities and our quirks to get my husband and I on the same page and into our dream home! She explained every step thoroughly so we were at ease through the entire process- it didn’t feel like our first time selling! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or list!

Tawni helped me with my house selling and with me buying a townhome. She was very helpful in the process of both. She kept me informed on the process and updated me as needed. She was very open and honest with answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I am glad she was there for me! I would recommend Tawni as a trusting and skilled agent. Jodi

Tawni is flat out an amazing realtor. She is always available. But most importantly she is extremely knowledgeable & understands the market. She knew exactly how to draw up our offer that she knew the sellers could not refuse. She knew exactly how to write up our offer so we wouldn’t get outbid. We were trying to buy back our home back that we had sold 5 years prior. We were bidding against a few other buyers. Long story short we were successful in coming home. All that credit goes to Tawni. She understood our situation. Took a personal interest in us. If you’re looking for a PROFESSIONAL realtor who provides the absolute BEST service with a personal touch then Tawni Whistler is the realtor for you.

Tawni was amazing during our house hunt! She is knowledgeable, confident and so friendly. She made the whole process smooth and easy. Never once was she pushy or "salesy." We found the perfect home and I would most definitely recommend her!
